With over 22 years of leadership experience, including a distinguished career as a U.S. Army aviator, Jeremy applies a disciplined, mission-oriented approach to business. His expertise in operational management, strategic growth, and team leadership has enabled him to successfully lead large-scale projects in both military and private-sector environments.
Jeremy holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and has a proven track record in real estate investment, asset management, and business development. His ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex challenges, and drive innovation has been instrumental in positioning Crosswood as a leader in the Mass Timber industry.
Under Jeremy’s leadership, Crosswood has formed strategic partnerships with industry leaders, strengthening the company’s role in advancing sustainable building solutions. Crosswood has also been recognized through the USDA’s Community Wood Energy and Wood Innovation Program grant, further validating its impact in the mass timber sector. Through collaboration with government agencies, private industry, and community stakeholders, Jeremy is working to scale hardwood mass timber adoption, secure long-term contracts, and drive policy support for sustainable construction.
