Jeremy is a goal-oriented leader who understands how vital communication, coordination and most importantly people are, in the success of a fast-paced operational organization. He brings together teams through leading by example and providing a purpose driven environment. He has led with great success large operational organizations within the most challenging and demanding of environments. As an entrepreneur, Jeremy has had great success within the real estate industry.  He excels in identifying opportunities and adapts quickly to changing market conditions to successfully manage assets.

Jeremy graduated with an M.B.A from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU 2020).  Additionally, he is a former Army aviator and retired veteran with 22 years of service.  Throughout his tenure, he completed 3 combat tours in support of our nation."I will always lead by example at Crosswood and ensure our company will successfully accomplish its mission in the production of superior hardwood  CLT products. Safety within the workforce is paramount, and I will ensure safety is always at its highest level.  I will engage and educate CLT benefits with other leaders within our local community and collaborate with outside entities, to include government, and military agencies to highlight Crosswood products and work to secure contracts for products and modular buildings. I will ensure a great relationship with the local community.

People are our passion and I will always strive to ensure a dedicated workplace that provides a purpose driven atmosphere and help others in need within our community.
